This project saw Level deliver a brand-new Slim Chickens restaurant within a newly developed leisure park in Colchester.
As the first operator to begin fit-out on the site, Level navigated several site-wide service challenges to maintain momentum and keep commissioning on track.

When a large temporary water bowser was unexpectedly required, our team sourced, installed, and later removed it within 48 hours avoiding any delay to training or opening.
