Our leadership team brings experience from national contractors, specialist shopfitters, and multi-site rollout programmes. We understand the pressures brands face tight programmes, strict brand standards, and commercial opening dates that cannot move.

Jamie Golding (Managing Director & Co-Founder)
Jamie co-founded Level Developments to create a more responsive, commercially focused fit-out partner for hospitality and QSR brands.
With over a decade of experience delivering projects across the UK, he leads the company’s operations, client relationships, and strategic growth. Jamie works closely with brands, designers, and consultants to bring concepts to life on programme and on budget.
His focus is on building long-term partnerships and a business known for reliability, speed, and straight-forward delivery.
Faisal Jamal (Director & Co-Founder)
Faisal is responsible for the financial strategy and long-term growth of Level Developments. With a background in business investment and multi-site hospitality ventures, he brings commercial discipline and strategic oversight to the company.
Faisal works closely with the leadership team to ensure Level is structured for sustainable growth, strong partnerships, and repeatable national rollouts.
Jamie Golding
Jamie began his working career as an electrician for a small local contractor working across Bristol and Bath, this eventually led to a start-up electrical business with up to 10 engineers at any time. He still credits the learnings taken in those early days for many of his core values in building businesses and relationships. Eventually looking for a change of direction he entered Contracts management in the fitout and hospitality sector where the long hours, late nights and balancing multiple projects across the country with a team of reporting contracts managers and trades taught further lessons about the importance of continuous improvement and raising standards as it relates to longevity in the industry..
Jamie is a firm believer that the experiences of the career he has had given him a unique vision of what Level should be, and what todays clients need from a contractor
